The Free School has been proudly providing K-12 private school registration services and more to students across multiple states and beyond since 2016. WHAT IS AN UMBRELLA SCHOOL?
The Free School is a registered private school serving students across the state of Florida. Enrolling in TFS meets the states mandatory school enrollment requirement for school age children. No state testing is required. No annual certified teacher evaluation is required. No portfolio is required.
Only attendance is required which we take three times a year.

FILL OUT ENROLLMENT FORM
Step 1
Fill out form online ( see below) Note:Â Students are not enrolled until all information and documents are received and we send you enrollment confirmation via email. Please make sure to accurately input your correct email address. (By listing your child's date of birth you are attesting to their legal age from an official birth certificate, subject to FL statutes)
MEDICAL EVALUATION
Step 2
Please send in the Student Health Examination (HRS-H Form 3040) obtained from your doctor that you gave your old school. **Must be no more than one year old or provide religious exemption waiver (a signed letter indicating you are taking the religious exemption). To submit documents email a photo or scan to thefreeschool@zoho.com or text to 407.216.4649
IMMUNIZATION RECORD
Step 3
Please send in the Florida Certificate of Immunization (HRS Form 680) or waiver form DH 681 (Religious Exemption from Immunizations Form). - obtained from your local health department or provide a religious exemption letter (may be obtained from TFS Admin). **Must be no more than one year old. To submit documents email a photo or scan to thefreeschool@zoho.com or text to 407.216.4649
Remember to withdraw from any previously attended school or else they may mark you truant. If they need enrollment confirmation, just send their contact information and we will take care of it.
